Tallinna noorte MV

The Tallinn Youth Championships are an individual athletics competition for young people and adults, held in Tallinn. The competition includes several age groups, from U-14 to adults, and various athletics events such as running, jumping, shot put and throwing. Its aim is to honour the memory of Eerik Konist and promote athletics among young people. Medal awards are given in all age groups, and special prizes go to the top performers. The competition takes place at a stadium and starts at 11:00 in the morning; registration opens at 10:00.

Registration opens at 10:00, and technical entries must be submitted half an hour before the competition begins. The top three in each event and age group are awarded medals, with additional special prizes for the best boys and girls. The chief judge is Viktor Predbannikov and the head secretary is Lilia Schmidt (tel. 5069887). The competition includes various events such as sprinting, long-distance running, high jump, pole vault, shot put, discus and javelin. Participants can experience competition and the joy of sport at a regional level.
