Saaremaa Kolme Päeva Jooks

Saaremaa Three-Day Run is a traditional running competition held in the village of Iide. The competition consists of three stages, where participants can enjoy Saaremaa’s beautiful nature and varied terrain. The event is open to different age groups and offers a friendly, supportive atmosphere for everyone who enjoys running. Participants are provided with electronic timing, reusable bibs and drinking cups, and a sweet snack and drink after the run.

Timing is recorded using chips attached to the back of the bib, which must be returned after the competition. The entry fee covers event organisation, electronic timing, a drink, candy and a diploma at the finish. Reusable drinking cups and bibs help reduce waste. All participants receive a diploma after the run, and prizes are awarded to the three fastest runners in each age group. The competition includes individual and team classifications.
