The Võrumaa Running and Walking Series is a multi-stage series of running and walking events offering a range of distances for both adults and children. The main distances are approximately 5 to 8 kilometres, and the course runs mainly on asphalt and gravel roads, with some off-road sections. The series also includes mini distances and toddler runs suitable for all age groups. The event is open to everyone interested in sport and promotes healthy lifestyles and community involvement.

The series offers different distances: the main distance, a shorter distance, a mini distance and a toddler run. The course is mostly paved with asphalt, but also includes gravel and off-road sections. Walking options are also available on longer and shorter distances. Participants earn points in a season standings table, with separate rankings for families and groups of friends. Event centres and starts are held at different locations, such as Kubija Ski Base and the Haanja Suur Muna café. Bus transport to the start locations is arranged. There are multiple distances and stages; advance registration is required, and participation fees are listed in the registration form.
