Jooks suvesse

The Pööripäevajooksud are an annual race series consisting of several stages, where participants can earn points and compete in age groups. Jooks suvesse is one of the series’ stages and takes place in Loode tammik in Kuressaare. The course has varied terrain, including a shared-use path and forest roads, which may be muddy depending on the weather. Participants are provided with electronic timing, reusable race bibs and drinking cups, and a sweet treat and drink at the finish.

Reusable race bibs with timing chips, which must be returned after the race. The entry fee is paid in cash on site. There is a small car park at the finish, as well as parking along the roadside. All competitors receive a diploma at the finish, and prizes are awarded to the three fastest in each age group. Taking part in at least three stages qualifies participants to receive a diploma and trophy for the season overall. The event includes various running activities and gives participants the chance to enjoy the summer atmosphere of Saaremaa.
