6. ETAPP - Nõmme terviserada

Nõmme Health Trail is part of the Tradehouse health run and walk series organized by Stamina Sports Club, which motivates physical activity through the collection of health kilometers. This stage offers an opportunity to enjoy the Nõmme area health trail, suitable for both runners and walkers. Participants can collect health kilometers via real and remote apps as well as personal training. The event is open to all fitness enthusiasts who want to improve their health and spend active time.

The health kilometers program runs from April to December, allowing participants to accumulate kilometers during series stages as well as personal training. The list of registrants is updated once a day. The competition series includes several stages at different locations and offers participants opportunities to promote health. The event dates are June 8 to June 14, 2026, and participation is possible both on-site and virtually.
