STAGE 14 / Järve health trail is a 10-stage relay race around Lake Viljandi, held on a health trail with varied terrain and different surface types. Teams consist of 10 members, with equal numbers of women and men, who take turns running the different stages. The start and finish are at Viljandi City Stadium, and organizers’ buses transport runners to the stages. The race is part of the tradition of the Great Run Around Lake Viljandi and offers a sporting experience for schools, companies, and sports clubs alike.

Teams consist of 10 members (5 women and 5 men). Women run the odd-numbered stages and men run the even-numbered stages. Teams from institutions and companies may, as an exception, use a female runner on men’s stages. The entry fee is €50 for institutions, companies, and sports clubs; school teams pay no entry fee. Teams can register by email until 12 April, and runners must be registered by name at the stadium on 14 April. The awards ceremony takes place at 13:30 at the stadium. The three leading teams receive trophies and diplomas, and every participant receives a medal. Depending on trail conditions, the course may be changed to avoid muddy or snowy sections.
