Race description
14th STAGE / Järve health trail is a 10-stage relay race around Lake Viljandi, taking place on varied terrain and different surface types of the health trail. Teams consist of 10 members, with an equal number of women and men, who alternate running different stages. The start and finish are at Viljandi city stadium, and organizers' buses transport runners to the stages. The race is part of the tradition of the Big Run around Lake Viljandi and offers a sporting experience for schools, companies, and sports clubs.

Additional information
Teams consist of 10 members (5 women and 5 men), with women running on stages with odd numbers and men on stages with even numbers. In institutional and corporate teams, women may run on men's stages as an exception. The starting fee for institutions/companies and sports clubs is 50€, while there is no entry fee for school teams. Registration of teams is via email until April 12, and individual runner registration is on April 14 at the stadium. Awards will be given at 13:30 at the stadium, where the top three teams will receive cups and diplomas, and each participant will receive a medal. Depending on trail conditions, the route may be modified to avoid muddy or snowy sections.
